By accessing or using OctoStarter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

OctoStarter provides a complete Next.js SaaS boilerplate template for developers. Our service includes:

3. Purchase and Payment

All purchases are final. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment
• All sales are final - no refunds are provided
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

4. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive immediate access to download the complete SaaS boilerplate
• Access includes full source code and documentation
• You receive lifetime updates and improvements at no additional cost
• You are responsible for downloading and storing your files securely
• We may provide updates through email notifications or account access

5. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Modify, customize, and adapt the code for your needs
• Build and deploy SaaS applications using the boilerplate
• Sell products built using the boilerplate
• Use the boilerplate for client work and projects

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original boilerplate code
• Claim ownership of the original boilerplate
• Create competing boilerplate products using our code
• Use the boilerplate for illegal or harmful purposes
• Share access credentials with others

6. Support and Updates

We provide:

• Comprehensive documentation and setup guides
• Email support for technical questions
• Lifetime updates and improvements
• Community access for peer support

Support does not include:

• Custom development or modifications
• Deployment assistance beyond documentation
• Third-party service configuration
• General programming education

7. No Warranty and Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Non-infringement of third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

9. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
• Maintaining the security of your downloaded files

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OctoStarter and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

While you receive extensive usage rights to the boilerplate code, the original intellectual property remains with OctoStarter.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate OctoStarter or our employees
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but your license to use purchased products will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
